Please be aware of fraudulent accounts/emails/newsletters using our name.
Dear customers,
Recently, there has been a surge in malicious actors impersonating well-known websites to send phishing emails or text messages to customers. These phishing scams aim to deceive you into revealing personal information. Tien-i urges you to stay alert if you encounter a fake account or phishing email pretending to be from us. Always verify the source first and avoid replying, clicking on links, or downloading attachments from these suspicious messages. Please delete such emails and messages immediately and block the sender. Thank you.
Here are some common scam tactics to watch out for:
-
Messages from unverified social media accounts Scammers may use fake accounts pretending to be Tien-i to send fraudulent messages. Please note that our official accounts always display a verification badge next to the account name. Tien-i will never contact customers from unofficial accounts. Also, no one in our company goes by the name Huang Ming.
-
Phishing emails Scammers might create email addresses that closely resemble Tien-i's official accounts to trick customers. Be aware of the following red flags:
For example:
- Random, meaningless letters before the '@' symbol
- Slightly altered spellings of the Tien-i brand name
- Do not open attachments from suspicious emails
If you suspect that you have received a fraudulent email or message from an account impersonating our company, please contact Tien-i customer service immediately to verify. We appreciate your vigilance and cooperation.
