Messages from unverified social media accounts Scammers may use fake accounts pretending to be Tien-i to send fraudulent messages. Please note that our official accounts always display a verification badge next to the account name. Tien-i will never contact customers from unofficial accounts. Also, no one in our company goes by the name Huang Ming.

Phishing emails Scammers might create email addresses that closely resemble Tien-i's official accounts to trick customers. Be aware of the following red flags:
